TGC Development was established in 1997 as a residential General Contractor in Arizona. We have built quality homes since our inception. We started operations in Northern Arizona in 2002. The Principles of the Company have years of construction and Development experience.

Tim Campbell, President, has been in the construction industry for 10 years. He has extensive experience in design-build projects. Tim has experience in residential tract and custom home projects. He has worked as a subcontractor as well as a general contractor. One of his crown accomplishments is a 6500 square foot custom home in Greenfield Acres. He is responsible for operations and negotiating sales contracts. Tim is experienced in new project development. He believes in builiding a quality product for a fair price. "A good number of our customers are referred by existing customers. We make every effort to satisfy our home buyers."

Mason Lundell, Vice President, Graduated from ASU with a BS in Civil Engineering and has worked in that industry for 10 years. He has worked on large tract subdivisions as well as on smaller custom home projects. Mason was a project manager for HEC Engineering. His responsibilities included client consultation, budget management, design, and meeting with municipalities on behalf of the client. As chief financial officer Mason takes care of budgets, bids, and accounts payable.

We are the exclusive custom home builder in the new Master planned Community Flagstaff Meadows. Phase I is 40% sold. Phase II is scheduled to begin fall of 2003.
